These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and lvking333 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the lvking333 website located at https://lvking333.cam and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing any game, depositing funds or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Access to and use of lvking333 is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. lvking333 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, play or withdraw. This requirement is strictly enforced via KYC identity verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

• Own Funds: All funds deposited must be your own legally obtained money. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party, nor permit any third party to operate your Account.

To access the full range of services on lvking333, you are required to complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

4.1 Information Required

During registration and/or KYC verification, you may be required to provide: full legal name, date of birth, national identity card (MyKAD) or passport number, residential address, contact email address, contact telephone number and source of funds documentation where applicable.

4.2 KYC Verification

lvking333 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: prior to processing withdrawal requests, upon detection of unusual account activity, or upon reaching cumulative transaction thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. lvking333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

lvking333 supports a range of Supported Payment Methods for depositing funds into your account. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful completion of the relevant payment transaction.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform currently accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. As a general guide, e-wallet deposits carry a minimum of MYR 20, bank transfer deposits via FPX carry a minimum of MYR 50, and cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Limits are subject to change at the Platform's discretion.

5.3 Third-Party Payments

You are prohibited from depositing funds from payment accounts or instruments that do not belong to you. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Deposit Fees

lvking333 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur network fees charged by the respective blockchain. These charges are outside lvking333's control.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players with a satisfactory Real Money Balance will be processed subject to the conditions set out in this clause. lvking333 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly, with e-wallet withdrawals typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit (same-source rule) to comply with AML obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of request.
• lvking333 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud-prevention criteria.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

Indicative processing timeframes by method: Touch 'n Go eWallet and other e-wallets — 15 to 60 minutes; bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) — 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) — 30 to 90 minutes subject to network confirmation times. These are indicative and may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

lvking333 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms applicable to that promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they or derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X15) applied to the Bonus Fund amount. All qualifying bets must be placed within the bonus expiry window.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games including Baccarat and Blackjack contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
• A maximum bet limit applies while Bonus Funds are active. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Fund and associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited automatically. No extensions will be granted unless expressly stated in the relevant promotion.
• lvking333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be provided.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through coordinated wagering, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. lvking333 reserves the right to void any Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to close any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or in connection with the Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any stage of registration, KYC or transaction processing.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other criminal activity.
• Utilising software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or bugs in the Platform's software. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors are void and will not be paid.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform or accounts of other Players without authorisation.

All content on the lvking333 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs and compiled code, is the proprietary intellectual property of lvking333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without lvking333's express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lvking333 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While lvking333 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and data integrity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In all cases, lvking333's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lvking333 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. We recognise that gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players at no charge:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international licensing frameworks and applicable laws under which lvking333 operates. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under lvking333's applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits lvking333's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
